I made this outfit for my granddaughter Evie & wanted to share with you how I made it!
All patterns used are in my More Sewing with Whimsy book, found here. The top is from the round yoke pattern. I added puffed sleeves, single loop Whimsy Stick trims, and medallions from my Whimsy Flowers and Trims book.
The neck was a little low for my granddaughter so I added two rows of trim to the neckline.
For fun, I added a keyhole tie at the back yoke.
The capri pants have patch pockets, ruffled hem...
...and medallion trims.
